We are not really a dog friendly hotel.
Most hotels already have dog owning guests, they just are not capturing the value. Kali works with whatever your current policy is. Even a simple "dogs allowed" becomes a selling point when guests can get clear, instant answers about it.
We already have a chatbot or guest messaging tool.
That is common, and Kali is not a general chatbot. Your existing tool handles room service and WiFi. Kali is a specialist: verified dog data, emergency vet safety, dog service bookings and native languages. They sit side by side, doing different jobs.
What happens if a guest's dog has an emergency?
Kali tells them straight away whether it is serious, what matters now, and the nearest verified 24-hour emergency vet with the number to call, in their language, all from verified data. It takes the 3am panic off your front desk. She gets the guest to professional care fast.
What about data and GDPR?
Your guest data stays yours. We process it on your behalf under a standard data processing agreement, which we will share with your team before you start.
How fast can we go live?
24 to 48 hours from the moment you send us your details. We send QR codes, email templates and a short staff briefing. There is no app and no training.
Which languages does she speak?
30+, natively, not translated. Your international guests get the same fluent concierge your English-speaking guests do.
What does it cost?
From $1,000 a year for your own dedicated concierge. One annual price, no per-room maths, no setup fee. Pricing scales with property size, with discounts for groups.
Do our guests need to download an app?
No. Kali lives on WhatsApp and email, the channels your guests already use. They simply message the hotel.

What if some of the information is wrong?
Kali only recommends from data we have verified, and the emergency-vet path returns checked clinic data rather than a generated answer. Your own hotel facts are loaded from what you give us, and kept current.
